Reporting to the Commercial Director, you participate in the support and development of commercial activity.

A true hunter, you know how to develop a relationship of trust and an agile working climate with your clients.

You have a strong appetite for the sale of IT solutions, want to evolve in a sector that makes sense and in the midst of the digital revolution.


In complete autonomy, you are responsible for the management, animation and development of your accounts. To do this, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and management of your portfolio
  • Be the privileged interlocutor and ensure regular communication with your customers
  • Communicate on the evolution of our tools
  • Ensure that all of your customers’ needs are adequately answered
  • Provide support and mediation with your customers during problems
  • Ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of your portfolio
  • Monitor contracts and respect for commitments made
  • Understand the business / business issues of your customers and respond to them proactively
  • Business Development
  • Prospect new customers, detect new opportunities
  • Analyze your market, understand the needs of your contacts and present the advantages of our solutions
  • Develop and implement business strategy
  • Develop turnover
  • Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitoring of turnover objectives
  • Reporting of your activity
  • Study of trends and market watch


With commercial training, you have a successful experience with a software publisher of at least 2 years.
